Service Details

The Dermatology department provide a service for the diagnosis and management of all diseases of the skin in both adults and children. This includes diseases of the nails, hair, and genital area.

General services include skin surgery, management of long lasting (chronic) skin conditions, such as psoriasis and eczema, day case treatments for the skin or scalp, and leg ulcer dressing clinics.

We have dedicated clinics for diagnosis of skin cancer, including counselling, and clinics for transplant recipients.

Skin cancer treatments include complex surgery, including skin flaps and skin grafts, photodynamic therapy and cryotherapy.
